I job share with my colleague Kerrie Phillips.

We manage the Commissioner’s Engagement Hub.

Our team co-ordinates the Commissioner’s community engagement, his volunteer schemes, and requests from the press.

We also manage the Public Service Bureau who triages compliments and complaints received from members of the public, directing them to the relevant individuals to deal with.

What do you find most enjoyable about your role?

Managing the Engagement team, I oversee a number of different interesting areas of engagement work.

How long have you been in post?

Since October 2016, but I have been in the Commissioner’s Office since April 2013.  For the majority of my time at the Commissioner’s Office, I was responsible for co-ordinating the Commissioner’s volunteer schemes.

What did you do before joining the Commissioner’s Team?

I worked for Dyfed-Powys Police for 5 years in public engagement after completing my university Masters Degree.
