These items explain how we manage our finances. The independent Joint Audit Committee checks on key work such as financial activity.

Actions taken and decisions made before May 2016 were the responsibility of my predecessor, the 2012-16 Police and Crime Commissioner.

Capital Strategy to 2017/18 – 2023/24 This details the programme for spending on buildings, vehicles, plant, equipment, computers and communications for the police and my office. 2019-20

The Police Estate I want you to be able to access police officers in your community – and I want the police to have the bases they need. I strategically manage the police use of buildings on this list. They include police stations, the headquarters and community locations.

Collaboration This report highlights collaborative ventures for 2014-15 including arrangements with other police forces and with local authorities.

Commissioner’s Fund This has been the source of community grants since 2013.

Corporate Governance Framework This encourages good management, performance, stewardship of money, public engagement and outcomes whilst controlling risk. It supports the delivery of my Police and Crime Plan priorities without restricting the Chief Constable’s operational independence.

Council Tax Notice This is the 2017-18 notice that summarises the income I expect to receive during the year from central government, local taxpayers and other sources. It also details estimated spending. 2016-17 2015-16 2014-15
