The Policing Board is the forum in which I hold the Chief Constable to account for the delivery of policing services across Dyfed-Powys.

The Policing Board meets on a fortnightly basis and provides opportunity for timely scrutiny and oversight of Force business.

A forward work programme ensures that meetings are effective and focus on matters at appropriate intervals throughout the year. A themed approach is adopted, whereby Policing Boards focus on a particular area of business, identified and prioritised based on operational demand, community impact and risk.

I chair the Policing Board. Others who attend include finance and policy specialists from the police and my Office. We always publish key decisions.
