Press Release

One week left to have your say on Dyfed-Powys policing priorities

for next three years

The deadline is looming for the public to have their say on the policing priorities for Dyfed-Powys, with the close of a survey and consultation on the new Police and Crime Plan for the area next Wednesday 30th of June.

Over the last four weeks, Dyfed-Powys Police and Crime Commissioner Dafydd Llywelyn has been asking for residents and business owners’ views as he shapes his plan for policing and crime in the area for 2022 to 2025.

Police and Crime Commissioner Dafydd Llywelyn said: “I have had lots of responses to this important consultation already from people across Dyfed-Powys, but there is still time to share your views on your concerns and what the priorities are.

“I hope that over this final seven days many more residents, businesses, community groups and partner organisations will join the conversation to help me draw up the new Police and Crime Plan, which will set out the policing priorities for the area for the next three years.”

The deadline for people to have their say on new Police and Crime Plan is Wednesday, 30 June 2021. You can view the consultation and complete the survey online at Consultations / Surveys (dyfedpowys-pcc.org.uk)

For those unable to access the internet, hard copies of the proposals and questionnaire are available by contacting the Office on 01267 226440.
