Members of the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner recently visited a local Amazon site to support a new national initiative helping people affected by domestic abuse.

As part of the scheme, 30 grab bags filled with essential supplies have been donated to Dyfed-Powys Police. Each bag includes items such as toiletries, non-perishable snacks and emergency children’s items – ready to be distributed to individuals and families in need across our area.

The initiative forms part of a wider commitment to supporting victims and survivors through the Police and Crime Commissioner’s Dal i Godi programme.

Police and Crime Commissioner Dafydd Llywelyn said:

“This is an incredible initiative that I’m proud to support. It provides practical help to those in crisis and reflects our continued focus on improving support for victims across Dyfed-Powys.”

If you or someone you know has been affected by crime – including domestic abuse – support is available.
