Young people across our area are being encouraged to have their say and help shape the services we provide.

We’ve launched a short survey, Young People: Shape Our Services — to give young people the chance to share their views on what matters most to them. Their feedback will help us improve and plan services that meet their needs now and in the future.

Commissioner Llywelyn said:

“It’s vital that we listen to young people’s voices and make sure they have a real say in decisions that affect them. I encourage all young people to take a few minutes to complete the survey and help shape the services that support them.”

We’re asking local councillors, youth organisations, schools, families and communities to help us spread the word and reach as many young people as possible.

Open Call for Evidence
In addition to the survey, we also have an Open Call for Evidence inviting anyone to share insights or experiences about how crime and anti-social behaviour services are working for young people aged 18–25. This is part of the PCC’s wider work to gather views on what’s working well, what could be improved, and how services can better support young people to stay safe and out of the criminal justice system. Evidence can be submitted in writing or by email by 24th August 2025.
