Dafydd Llywelyn, your Police and Crime Commissioner, will today be representing the residents of Dyfed-Powys as he chairs the All Wales Policing Group for the second time.

The All Wales Policing Group is a quarterly gathering of Welsh Police and Crime Commissioners and Chief Constables, where attendees have an opportunity to discuss high-level policing issues impacting on residents across the four Welsh forces.

Together, the All Wales Policing Group members consider how the forces can work together and support each others' activity to deliver the best possible policing service across the country.

Dafydd Llywelyn said: "I'm pleased to welcome my counterparts and Chief Constables from across Wales to the All Wales Policing Group today so we can build on decisions and plans discussed in my first meeting as chair in July and embed scrutiny collaborative arrangements."

"I look forward to continuing our work and strengthening our relationship with Welsh Government and other organisations in Wales to ensure we're supporting victims of crime and providing an effective and joined-up policing service across the country."

Dafydd Llywelyn will chair the next All Wales Policing Group on the 5th of December.
